Register online or show up at 6pm on one of the class nights! It's that easy!
We really want these classes to be free and open to everyone that would be interested in learning how to play. So feel free to tell your family, friends, significant others, etc. to come check it out.

Don will be covering the upcoming changes at Derby, some top-line strategies, some games people aren't used to seeing playing in cash games in Tampa vs. "real" poker in Vegas.
New Classes Coming in September and October
We are working on more new classes to coincide with the upcoming changes to Florida poker. There are many new, fun limits available and we want to offer training that lowers the intimidation factor.
We'll post the new dates, times and subjects as soon as they're ready.

The Derby Lane Poker Room will be offering free poker seminars for anyone interested in learning how to play. Seminars will be held bi-monthly, with one open registration event and one ladies-only event each month. Seminars will be approximately 2 hours long and will feature food and beverage specials.

We are now offering free online poker play for our Poker 101 attendees. Sign up to play online where you can play free poker to win points and real prizes.
Online poker play is 100% free.
Low Buy-In Tournaments
Play against other new players in weekly, $10 tournaments ($9+$1). We offer weekly tournaments that may be a single-table or multiple tables depending on the number of players that come in to to play.
Register online or attend a Poker 101 Seminar to be eligible to play.
Ladies Only Events
To further reduce the scariness of first stepping into the poker room, we run ladies-only seminars each month as well. Ladies-only, low buy-in single tables are available as well.
